Our Story
Karen is the owner/administrator of Neil’s Loving Care, named after her beloved husband, Neil, who passed away in February 2018 after a long hard fought battle with ALS. Karen has been an educator for 30 years working with children from other cultures. She is currently an ELL specialist for students across Washington State from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Not only are you family in your new home, filled with love, respect, and dignity – you also receive the highest standard of care available. We ensure every resident is healthy, safe, and HAPPY!
Perfect location – in a beautiful neighborhood, right across from the hospital.
Our residents enjoy an abundance of gardening with us! We plant and harvest our own fruits and vegetables, and have an array of gorgeous flowers around the property, complete with Goldfinch feeders, hummingbird feeders and water fountains.
With our assistance, our residents have the opportunity to plant and harvest their own fruits and vegetables, and plant any flowers of their choosing in our beautiful front or back yard. We have delightful intergenerational visits with dancers from our local dance studio, musicians from our local high school band and orchestra, along with dearly fun visits with all types of care animals including bunnies, kittens, dogs, baby goats, sheep, and reptiles!
This home is dedicated to providing the exceptional love, care, and respect that Neil showed to every person every day of his life.
